So impressed with Chris and Custom Sound Installation. Arrived at the prearranged time, on time, to dismount our existing 65″ TV and mount its replacement. Sorted out what had been a bad, original, installation of our sound bar. Went through TV set up configuration to our satisfaction. Tidied up, done and gone within an hour! 5 STAR recommendation!

Finally a trustworthy, competent, and professional A/V repair company! I had Blue Speed install my A/V components when I built my house. I continually had to have them out to repair (at ridiculous expense) different components. Repair was temporary at best. They always tried to up sell me on something new. One component they never fixed and said I needed all new components (including TV). Finally called Custom Sound. They have a customer and advocate for life. Very professional, trustworthy, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable. In an hour they fixed everything and didn’t require purchasing anything from them. Very enlightening to see this kind of service in this industry! If your not using these guys… your doing yourself a huge disservice. Also, a breath of fresh air to have a service company show up at exactly what time they said!

Just wanted to let you know what a great job your installers did today. They called to let us know they were on their way and what time we could expect them. They did a wonderful job, not only installing the system, but making sure we knew how to use it before they left. I think this was the first time in a long time that we had installation of electronics, where when they left, everything was not only clean but the components were arranged in an ‘eye pleasing’ way.
